The Visitor Center features interactive exhibits in the Gallery of the Republic which present a timeline of the Texas Revolution and highlight the historic attractions located within the park. It also houses the spacious Washington Emporium gift shop, which offers a wide range of Texas-themed items and keepsakes. The park is an ideal place to plan your next event. With picturesque views of the Brazos River, the newly renovated Conference Center features an auditorium perfect for meetings, weddings, and reunions. The Education Center is located adjacent to the main auditorium and consists of two classroom style spaces perfect for smaller groups. An amphitheater and two pavilions are also available for rental at the park. All visitors are encouraged to start with the Visitor Center.

This facility is free to the public and is the best place to gather information on the park, museum, Barrington Living History Farm and acquire entry tickets.
